Individual counseling (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individual counseling is counseling focused on the individual's immediate or near future concerns.

Group therapy allows people to receive the support and encouragement of the other members of the group. People participating in the group can see that others are going through the same thing, which can help them feel less alone. Group members can serve as role models for other members of the group.

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples, helps two people involved in a relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.

Divorce care is designed for those who may be separated or divorced.  People who are separated for long periods of time before a divorce is finalized are hurting deeply and need support, information, and encouragement. Because of the emphasis on reconciliation throughout Divorce Care, some separated people will see the wisdom of reconciliation and attempt to restore their marriage.  For those whose divorce is final, this offers support through the process of redefining oneself.

Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or other family members. You may address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. I will seek to provide an ongoing partnership designed to helps you produce fulfilling results in your personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives. As your coach, I am trained to listen, to observe and to customize the approach to your individual needs. We will seek to elicit solutions and strategies from you.   I believe that you are naturally creative and resourceful. My job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that you already have.
